Commissioned by a screenwriter and actor, sited above the street at the end of a cul-de-sac with sweeping cinematic views across San Fernando Valley. Features original Schindler built-ins and fireplace.

NOTE: Cared for by only four owners across nearly eight decades, all creatives. Includes 400 sq ft writers studio/office later transformed by Barbara Bestor.
